For the U.S. Access Board, we developed a strategic communications plan to raise awareness about accessible design, using a multi-channel approach that included digital outreach, events, and social media to connect with industry professionals, government officials, and the disability community. In partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Connected Care, we supported a 3,000% growth in telehealth adoption by hosting hundreds of live events and creating outreach materials to drive adoption among providers, patients, and caregivers. For the Amputee Coalition, we launched the Ambassadors and Community Champions Program, which re-engaged the limb loss community, increased awareness, and boosted audience engagement by 107%.
